Artisan Application

While the Rails & Ales Festival is all about craft beer, we also love the opportunity to showcase local artisans and their wide variety of talents. If you are interested in setting up a booth to sell your goods at the festival, please submit the application below.

We have limited space available for artisan booths. We are seeking artisans that sell products consistent with craft beer culture. Once you submit your application, we will notify you within one week whether your application has been accepted.  

The festival runs from 3:30 to 9 PM. You may set up as early as 8 AM but we ask that you have everything unloaded and your vehicle cleared out of the way by 1:30 PM. 

Your booth may be no larger than 10 ft x 10 ft. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, display, etc. Everyone working your booth must be a minimum of 21 years of age. No exceptions.  The registration fee for the entire day is $50. If you would like to partake in beer sampling at the festival, you may purchase tasting mugs for you and your helpers for an additional fee.

Food Application

Our area is chock-full of great restaurants and the Rails & Ales Festival is a fun way to expose your business to a large and discriminating audience. If you’re interested in becoming a food vendor at the festival, please submit the application below.

We have limited space for food vendors. Once you submit your application, we will notify you within one week whether your application has been accepted. You must have a valid WV business license to participate. You must also provide us with a certificate of insurance noting the Better Beer Coalition as other insured for the day of the festival. You must also contact the Cabell County Health Department and follow their requirements for festival food vendors.

You need to provide your own tent, chairs, display, ice, etc. Please note there is no access to water.  Access to electricity is limited so we ask that you not request it unless you truly cannot function without it. All restaurant workers must be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions. The registration fee for the entire day is $100.
