All spaces for artisan vendors for the 2017 Rails & Ales Festival have been sold out.
While the Rails & Ales Festival is all about craft beer, we also love the opportunity to showcase local artisans and their wide variety of talents. If you are interested in setting up a booth to sell your goods at the festival, please submit the application below.
We have limited space available for artisan booths. We are seeking artisans that sell products consistent with craft beer culture. Once you submit your application, we will notify you within one week whether your application has been accepted. You must have a valid WV business license to participate.
All artisans must commit to selling their goods at both sessions of the festival. You will need to be there by 9 AM to set up and stay until the end of the second session, which concludes at 10 PM. There will be a two hour break in-between sessions, from 4-6 PM.
Your booth may be no larger than 10 ft x 10 ft. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, display, etc. Access to electricity is extremely limited so don’t count on having it. Everyone working your booth must be a minimum of 21 years of age. No exceptions. The registration fee for the entire day is $50. If you would like to partake in beer sampling at the festival, you may purchase tasting mugs for you and your helpers for an additional fee.
